A ground up station serving Bellevue's downtown
Fire Station #10 is Bellevue’s first new fire station in more than 30 years. This two-story, 26,000-square-foot facility was built to support the city’s growing population in and around the downtown core.
CHG served as the steel contractor, responsible for erecting the structural steel framing, including architecturally exposed structural steel (AESS). In addition, CHG installed steel decking, metal stairs, metal handrails, and decorative wire-rope railings.
On the south side of the apparatus bay, CHG installed an architectural metal louvered canopy as part of a broader package of architecutural metalwork.
